Decorative LED Light

 

NIBBLE was invited by Architect João Oliveira to develop the LED lighting to integrate in a decorative project for a house in Oporto, Portugal.
That project was highlighted in important decoration magazine "ATTITUDE - INTERIOR DESIGN  MAGAZINE".

GPS/GSM Ocean Buoys with meteorological station

 

NIBBLE had the mission to develop and integrate GPS/GSM on buoys.

With the GPS/GSM module integrated, the buoys are able to send data about geographic positions and oceanics and river currents to the Navy central station.

NIBBLE enters the world of the interactivity with the development of interactive picture multitouch of elevated performance and precision.

Medical Research

 

NIBBLE was invited to develop the hardware to integrate in medical equipment.

Highway Lamp

 

By invitation of Designer Bernardo Magalhães, 

NIBBLE equipped the Highway lamp with 

LED lighting.

Elegant and ultrafine, the lamp requires a solution of efficient and discreet 

lighting that was only possible to obtain with 

LED technology.

TeleAlarm Paging System

 

As an evolution of the previous development M2M “TeleAlarm Paging System” that allows the communication between machines and operators in a manufacturing area, NIBBLE conceived an upgrade that allowed constant vigilance of equipments working stand-alone, even during the periods in which there are no operators in the facilites, through an SMS alert service, via GSM.

Development of control software for production line units for the automotive sector, with operator-machine interface management, actuator / sensor control, optical inspection, printing, etc.

Electronic Circuit for Child Safety Belt

 

Incorporation of sensors, actuators, power and sound signaling in a safety belt in a children's transport chair.

LED Emergency Lighting

 

Technological partner for Research & Technological Development and Innovation in the electronic development of the entire product range of a new company / brand of Emergency Lighting (Createch).

ISEAT

 

NIBBLE was invited to participate in the project ISEAT, carried out by a Portuguese partnership for the development of special seats for high-speed and long-distance trains.

The partnership formed by Inegi, Amorim, Caetano Components and Couro Azul, invited NIBBLE as a Specialist in Electronic Systems, to participate in the design of Electronics and Engeneering components of the project.
NIBBLE's contribution for the development of the seat consisted of LED lighting, user interface and infotainment.

Integrated systems with portable power and lighting systems

 

Energy and lighting are not yet a reality for all people, especially in the most remote parts of Africa. NIBBLE was invited to develop a portable unit that would respond to various needs of Angolan daily life, integrating in a single portable system: LED lighting, power supply with solar panels and batteries, charging interface for portable equipment (eg mobile phones).

"Abraço" Lamp

 

By invitation of Arq. Soares Fonseca, NIBBLE developed a LED lighting solution to equip the lamp "Abraço".

Bird Tracker

 

The GPS Bird Tracker, an ultra-small and ultralight device (only 14g!) was built to be equiped like a backpack in birds of prey. For bigger autonomies, the module can integrate photovoltaic panels in miniature.

Acquisition of GPS images

 

NIBBLE was associated with the Faculty of Sciences and the Astronomical Observatory, both of the University of Oporto, and developed a "System of Acquisition of Images with chambers of high definition with synchronization and GPS reference".

LED Optical Blocks

 

NIBBLE developed in the last years strong skills in LED lighting, becoming one of the most competent offices of lighting projects in this technology.
With our main client in this area, we develop several projects in partnership, some of them installed in towns and national public spaces, most of which in international markets.

Drifting Buoys

 

NIBBLE supplied the GPS Systems installed in the Derivational Buoys used by the Hydrographic Institute of the Navy in an innovative project for the study of coastal currents, developed in the main rivers of Portugal, from North to South.

Aquarium LED lighting

 

Innovation, differentiation and economy: NIBBLE responded in this way to the challenge launched for the development of LED lighting for Aquariums. The know-how in electronic and LED lighting allowed us to present a versatile and modular solution, with different temperatures of color and ambience control.

GPS for waste truck fleet

 

NIBBLE developed the GPS location modules and operator interface, in a partnership for the supply of an urban solid residue management and gathering system.
